in the CES 2016 , many gadgets are being revealed one of them is this futuristic shoe.
Forget the hoverboard. The coolest thing Marty McFly owned might actually have been the self-lacing Nikes he put on before stepping incredulously out of the DeLorean. While Digitsole’s not doing anything quite so normal-looking, and its Smartshoe 01 doesn’t even have laces, it’s still taking a big stab at the whole “futuristicshoe” thing.
The Smartshoe 01s will warm your feet with a tap in a smartphone app. They’ll track your movement, your calorie burn, and even the wear and tear of the shoes themselves. Here’s the McFly bit: they’ll also tighten automatically around your ankle, so they fit exactly the way you want. With a sharp, angular black-and-white look, they look kind of like moonboots. Way cooler moonboots. For the fainter of heart, Digitsole’s also announcing a couple of saner-looking kicks. The Warm Series—one pair looks like old-school Chuck Taylors, another’s a set of pumps—has some of the tracking, all of the foot-warming, and none of the robot-feet looks.
