many of us use flash drives in our daily routine and we don't take care of them properly.. use tie them with our keychain , use put them in our packet ,throw them in our bag or anywhere else. that sort of handling takes the toll of that flash drive and ultimately it breaks or gets damaged which leads to the loss of our valuable data.. to solve that problem, i am introducing you to a new gadget



it's the LaCie RuggedKey..

its a usb 3.0 flash drive which gives transfer speeds of upto 150mbps and is drop resistant upto 100 metres with the cover.. the actual usb drive is p- shaped which has akeychain on the upper right corner and the cover is orange coloured which protects the uab drive from dropping , high temprature and even moisture..



The RuggedKey is both Windows- and Mac-compatible and offers 14.8GB of usable space out of the box since it comes pre-loaded with some software. Among the included programs are LaCie's proprietary Backup Software, a password protection program that utilizes 256-bit software encryption, MacFuse, and a free one-year subscription to Wuala Online, LaCie's cloud storage program.
