LG Launches Smartphone With A Second Screen
LG has recently announced the launch of its latest 4G LTE smartphone, LG X Screen in India. The smartphone comes with with two screens which is definitely a unique concept, which the company expects to improve user convenience and experience.
The Always-on Display allows users to check basic information such as time, date and notifications without having to wake up the phone. More so, the second screen keeps the recent used user applications for easy access along with facility to receive calls without interruptions on the main screen and so does music play with all controls on top screen, for extreme convenience to users.
The display screen sizes would be 4.93 inch and 1.76 inch while the smartphone will be powered a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset, 13 MP rear and 8 MP front camera, 2 GB RAM, 16 GB ROM, and 2,300 mAh battery. The smartphone would be running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and comes in Black and White color variants.
The X screen’s look is complemented by the crystal-clear glass fiber material that covers the back. The curved edges on its sides create a simple yet elegant design.
Also, the LG X Screen would be featuring a panic button which is in line with the Government of India’s initiative in this regard.
The smartphone will be exclusively available on Snapdeal from 20th July 2016 with a price tag of INR 12,990. This is for the first time that LG has decided to sell a smartphone exclusively via the ecommerce route.
