Samsung Galaxy On7 (2016) FCC certification confirms 3,000 mAh battery

Samsung galaxy On7 (2016) is codenamed SM-G610F on Geekbench and will reportedly feature a 4.8-inch Full HD display.

Samsung Galaxy On7 (2016) recently passed through US regulatory agency FCC, which revealed specifications of the device. According to the listing, On7 (2016) will be backed by a 3,000 mAh battery. The dimensions of the device are said to be 151.5 x 74.9 x 8 mm. The FCC certification confirms On7 (2016) will support 4G LTE, WiFi and Bluetooth.

Samsung galaxy On7 (2016) was recently spotted on benchmarking website Geekbench. The site suggests that On7 (2016) will come with 3GB RAM. The smartphone is codenamed SM-G610F on Geekbench and will reportedly feature a 4.8-inch Full HD display. Other specifications include a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera. The smartphone will be powered by an Exynos 7870 processor and Sammobile reports that the device is headed to India. There are rumours that Samsung will launch another variant of On7 (2016) with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 625 processor, only to be released in China. If the reports turn out to be true, Samsung might expand its Exynos chipsets to more devices starting with Galaxy On7 (2016).

According to reports, Samsung Galaxy On7 (2016) will feature a fingerprint scanner. If rumours are anything to be believed, then this will be the first mid-range device from Samsung to feature a fingerprint sensor. Samsung Galaxy On7 (2016) could be priced under Rs 15,000 when it launches in India.

Samsung recently announced On7 Pro and On5 Pro smartphones in India. The smartphones run Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The 4G-enabled devices come with Ultra Data Saving mode, which the company claims saves up to 50 per cent data while streaming online. They feature the S-bike mode, first seen in Galaxy J-series smartphones.
